Pre-requisites : You have discovered the place called "High Hrothgar"
Alright, let's get to it.
To increase your Sneak skill extremely fast playing Skyrim, follow these steps :
Step 1 : Obtain an iron dagger (any weapon is fine, but iron dagger has very low damage which is good for our purpose)
Step 2 : Go to High Hrothgar. Look for the central hall
Step 3 : Wait for one of the Greybeards to come into the hall and sit down for meditation
Step 4 : Sneak behind them. Wait till you are completely hidden and the sneak eye has closed entirely
Step 5 : Start to attack them, and your sneak will start increasing rapidly. Beware when the Greybeards get up to change their positions. If they leave, use the wait button for waiting a full day (24 hours) and the Greybeards will be back.
