Level Up To 100 Speech In 5 Minutes

Level up speech skill to 100 in less than 5 minutes following the outlined steps :

Step 1 : Open up console by hitting the ~ (tilde key)

  

Step 2 : Use the following code to get Daedric armour and Ebony ingots.

player.additem 0001396B 1000

player.additem 0005AD9D 1000

Step 3 : Go to a workbench and improve the Daedric armours to Legendary.

Step 4 : Sell them to a seller continuously (even though they have 0 gold). Your speech skill will increase extremely fast (one level per sell initially) 

Et voila! You're done!
